We strongly encourage new puppy owners to take their puppy to a license veterinarian at the start of the 72 hours of the health commitment period after purchase date from Skool House Kennels LLC. Please take along the record of health that has been provided by the original kennel organization in which the puppy was retrieved from. Your new pup will have just changed environments from mother to new home, and getting a checkup right away helps to ensure that change goes as smoothly as possible.
You will be responsible for all costs associated with such veterinarian visits before puppy is relinquished back to Skool House Kennels LLC organization or partners if deciding that the pup is no longer desired by buyer with-in the 3-day health commitment period.

Skool House Kennels LLC organization and all associated partners are responsible for the completion of verification which includes expense reports and VHR’s that are in association with the current puppy during the health commitment period. This process should take no longer than 5 business days per puppy after return of puppy before refund of any sort is taken into consideration. If verification of documents should take longer than the 5 business days please take in consideration of contributing factor that could prolong the process which could include but not be limited to (inclement weather, shut down of office’s, and the location of Vet files from your license veterinarian).
Puppy should be able to be well socialized with neighboring puppies, other dogs, and people.
Puppies can be returned to Skool House Kennels LLC and partners up to 2 years of age after update to date comprehensive health evaluation by licensed veterinarian 1 week prior to bring back date that has been scheduled. All results must reflect Veterinary Health Report (VHR). VHR requires an examination of a puppy’s ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, skin and coat, gastrointestinal system, and external genitalia are in good condition. There will be no refund of any cost for just not desiring to have the puppy at this point. All buy back situations are dealt with on a case by case situation and will be negotiated if returned is accepted by Skool House Kennels.
If your dog is found and certified by two veterinarians to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects the health of your dog, Skool House Kennels LLC Puppy Promise shall issue a credit toward the purchase of another puppy within kennel organization by means of arbitration to negotiated part or full purchased price of puppy replacement due to the fact Skool House Kennels will assume responsibility for an equal trade of some sort depending on the choice of replacement pup by buyer. There might be a waiting period due to up and coming litter count or pup availability at the time of the replacement exchange. Also, additional funds might be collected depending on selection of puppy if there is not a puppy choice that fits closely to the one that is being replaced.
Also, the amount of vet cost and expenses that are verified and reputable concerning the exchanged puppy health will be credited with sellers associated services in kennel excluding whelping.
We do everything we can to make sure your puppy is as healthy as possible when arriving to new owner, but puppies are living breathing animals which means health issues do arise despite our best efforts.
